Founded in the heart of the industrial centre of Carpi in 1978, CNC specialized itself from the very beginning in the construction of high-tech thermoforming and cutting solutions for the packaging industry. Over the years, CNC has managed to accumulate and consolidate considerable experience in technical design, mechanical processing and also a deep knowledge of the properties of the materials used for the construction of the different parts, thus guaranteeing its customers the highest level of product quality with particular regard to production efficiency and cost reduction. Currently, our company employs around 50 people, a dimension with which numerous projects can be developed but, at the same time, it enables us to be very flexible and customer-oriented. The continuous improvement of quality standards, innovation, reliability, professionalism, consultancy, and service are the key factors of our success.

OUR HISTORY

1978

Two founding partners, in collaboration with two other employees, decide to start their own company. Thus, in the heart of Carpi, CNC s.r.l. was born.

1990

As the company began to specialize in manufacturing thermoforming and cutting solutions, the business started to grow, and in 1990 the company decided to move to a larger facility to meet demand.

1999

The company decided to invest in the first Hauser profile grinding machine, one of the first players in Italy to do so.

2002

Partial acquisition with a majority stake by the Marchesini Group, a world leader in the production of automatic machines for pharmaceutical and cosmetic packaging.

2007

The company continues to grow and inaugurates a new plant which comprehends more than 3000 m².

2011

CNC s.r.l. is totally acquired by the Marchesini Group.

Today CNC s.r.l., thanks to its 44 years of experience in the sector, is synonymous of quality, innovation and reliability when talking about thermoforming and cutting solutions.


2024

Our new 8150 m² plant will be inaugurated, of which 5700 m² will be dedicated to the production.

FOOD SECTOR

The constantly updated technology, made possible thanks to the purchase of highly advanced and performing machinery combined with the continuous investments in the training of specialized technical personnel, has made CNC a point of reference in the food packaging market in terms of precision, quality and performances. Our technical department will assist you as a partner and co-engineer to supply you with the best possible solution starting from your needs, making fully available the experience and know-how gained in the field over the years. Furthermore, thanks to an in-depth study of the characteristics of the materials used (A-PET, PP, PS, OPS, expanded PS, barrier materials PP/EVOH/PP, PET/EVOH/PE and others), the shape of the product and the characteristics of the machine in question, we are able to provide the customer with a solution such as final packaging of high quality and precision, thus guaranteeing the required performance.

PHARMACEUTICAL SECTOR

Another sector of high competence for the CNC is the pharmaceutical sector, for which it provides the design and manufacturing of: - Molds for blisters - Molds for vial containers - Perforation solutions - Cutting solutions CNC also supply Cold Forming tooling for ALU/ALU blisters, which are fully tested to make sure that pinholes, microchannels or delamination will not occur, ensuring high barrier performance on the blister against moisture, oxygen and light. Commonly processed plastic materials are : A- PET , PP , PS , OPS , expanded PS, barrier materials (Aclar, PVC, PVdC, PP, PET, COC, etc). Il nostro reparto di tornitura e fresatura si estende su una superficie di 2000 m2 dedicata interamente alla produzione e può contare su un solido parco macchine delle migliori marche (come DMG MORI, WELE, WZP e GF Machines) gestite da operatori altamente qualificati.

Un reparto in costante aggiornamento: l’azienda, nel corso degli anni, ha deciso di rimpiazzare ciclicamente i macchinari più obsoleti investendo nelle ultime tecnologie presenti sul mercato, garantendo così al cliente finale la massima precisione e flessibilità.
