Two founding partners, in collaboration with two other employees, decide to start their own company. Thus, in the heart of Carpi, CNC s.r.l. was born.
As the company began to specialize in manufacturing thermoforming and cutting solutions, the business started to grow, and in 1990 the company decided to move to a larger facility to meet demand.
The company decided to invest in the first Hauser profile grinding machine, one of the first players in Italy to do so.
Partial acquisition with a majority stake by the Marchesini Group, a world leader in the production of automatic machines for pharmaceutical and cosmetic packaging.
The company continues to grow and inaugurates a new plant which comprehends more than 3000 m².
CNC s.r.l. is totally acquired by the Marchesini Group.
Our new 8150 m² plant will be inaugurated, of which 5700 m² will be dedicated to the production.

Il nostro reparto di tornitura e fresatura si estende su una superficie di 2000 m2 dedicata interamente alla produzione e può contare su un solido parco macchine delle migliori marche (come DMG MORI, WELE, WZP e GF Machines) gestite da operatori altamente qualificati.
Un reparto in costante aggiornamento: l’azienda, nel corso degli anni, ha deciso di rimpiazzare ciclicamente i macchinari più obsoleti investendo nelle ultime tecnologie presenti sul mercato, garantendo così al cliente finale la massima precisione e flessibilità.
Ogni prodotto CNC viene assemblato e testato internamente in modo tale da assicurare e garantire al cliente il funzionamento del prodotto ai massimi livelli. La migliore cura dei dettagli e un pronto supporto post vendita completano lo scenario per rendere la soluzione più efficiente a portata di mano.
Una volta concluso il processo di lavorazione e produzione dei particolari, il reparto di controllo qualità, grazie agli strumenti di precisione in dotazione, verifica le dimensioni dei lavorati in modo tale da soddisfare i requisiti di performance and process consistency.
Un nostro punto di forza è sicuramente il reparto a temperatura controllata dove vengono eseguite le rettifiche profili e l’elettroerosione a filo.
Ad oggi, l’elettroerosione a filo è la tecnologia migliore per ricavare profili passanti su materiali conducibili, ottenendo tolleranze molto basse e profili particolari, impossibili da realizzare altrimenti. Il nostro reparto comprende ben 5 macchine moderne ed ad alta precisione per l’elettroerosione a filo di AgieCharmilles.
Ciò che veramente distingue CNC sul mercato è la qualità e la precisione delle lavorazioni che è in grado di fornire ai propri clienti. Infatti, grazie al personale altamente specializzato presente nel reparto e ai macchinari per la rettifica ad alta precisione (Hauser e Röders machines), l’azienda è in grado di garantire al cliente lavorazioni nell’ordine del micron.

Our turning and milling department extends over a surface of 2000 squared meters entirely dedicated to production and can count on a solid fleet of machines from the best brands on the market (such as DMG MORI, WELE, WZP and GF Machines) managed by highly qualified operators.
A constantly updated department: the company, over the years, has decided to cyclically replace the most obsolete machinery by investing in the latest technologies on the market, thus guaranteeing to the end customer maximum precision and flexibility.
Each CNC product is internally assembled and tested in order to ensure and guarantee the product’s functioning at its highest levels. The best attention to detail and prompt after-sales support complete the scenario providing you with the most efficient solution at your fingertips.
Once the machining and production process of the parts is completed, the quality control department, thanks to the equipped precision tools, checks each dimension of the products to meet the performance and process consistency requirements.
One of our strengths is certainly the controlled temperature department where profile grinding and wire EDM are performed.
Currently, wire EDM is the best technology for obtaining through profiles on conductive materials, achieving very low tolerances and profiles impossible to realize otherwise. Our department includes 5 modern and high-precision machines for wire EDM from AgieCharmilles.
What truly distinguishes CNC on the market is the quality and precision of the mechanical processing it can offer to its customers. In fact, thanks to the highly specialized staff present in the department and the high-precision grinding machinery (Hauser and Röders machines), the company is able to guarantee accuracy to the micron to its customers.
