The design of each cavity is optimised around the thermoforming process and the characteristics of the different materials (Aclar, PVC, PVdC, PP, PET, COC, etc.) to guarantee an even distribution of the film, which eventually results in a longer preservation of the products.
CNC also supply Cold Forming tooling for ALU/ALU blisters, which are fully tested to make sure that pin holes, micro channels or delamination will not occur, so ensuring high barrier performance of the blister again moisture, oxygen and light.
